Thank you for your interest in adopting a Golden Retriever from Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue. SCGR Rescue is grateful for people with hearts large enough to help a dog that needs a loving home. The information on this web page should answer many of your questions about our adoption process.

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, you will need to complete this online application. Please be aware that we only adopt to homes in the Southern California area.

After your application is received and reviewed by our Placement team, a volunteer will be in touch with you to schedule an in-home interview. At the time of the interview, we request a minimum $25 donation that will go and help other dogs. You can get to know our adoption process here

Please note that we focus our adoptions within Southern California and do not adopt outside of the area.
